"My name is Vinny Manzo, I have been a fitness specialist for over twenty years. Being fit is not just a hobby for me, but a way of life. I am now 43 years old and have been diligently following the fitness and body building lifestyle for the last twenty years. Over the years, I have literally helped hundreds of clients not only transform their bodies but also improve their health and well being. From the moment that we start, I become your partner throughout this life changing journey. The transformation starts with a personal assessment to help define and establish both short term and long term goals. We then design a nutritional plan based on the type of foods that you enjoy to eat. Each diet is personally created. No two diets are ever the same because everyone is different and has different needs. I then design both a strength training and cardio plan that is also based on your needs and abilities. Even when our session is over, I am always available to answer any questions that you may have. I help condition your mind and help you build the confidence and knowledge necessary to reach your goals. There is no magic or gimmicks. With your dedication and my knowledge you will get results. Personal Trainer: Thomas "TK" King

"My name is Thomas King, but feel free to call me Tommy, TK or whatever you’d like. I became a certified personal trainer in 2010 through the East Coast Instructor training Schools and have been studying martial arts for about seven years now. I am thankful that I have had the privilege of training with some of the greatest martial artist around. The man who opened my eyes and introduced me to the amazing world of MMA is Renshi Anastasia. He is a 5th degree black belt in American Combat Karate, American Freestyle and holds a number of black belts in many other styles as well. The beauty of martial arts is that it is a journey that continues getting greater as it goes along. It helps one to build confidence, discipline, determination, loyalty, respect, honor, strength, wisdom, and a greater understanding of who you are. Many of the workout/weight routines that I have been taught were designed and passed on by the great Richard Barathy of American Combat Karate. They are all extremely effective.


I have always been engaged in physical activities, whether it is work, sports or training; however, my favorite part about staying in shape is being able to encourage and influence others to do the same. Being healthy is important not only for your body, but for your mind as well. Getting endorphins pumping and flowing through out the brain and body is what makes people feel good and I believe feeling good about oneself should always be a top priority.


Through martial arts I have been trained to unify my mind, body and spirit. I take great pride in being able to pass on my knowledge to others and hopefully make a positive impact on their lives. Martial arts are strong skills and become a way of life. Once you decide to follow its teachings you will become more aware of yourself and your surroundings. In a changing world I think it is crucial for everyone, especially women, to have a basic understanding of how to defend themselves and be prepared for the unexpected.


My only goal while training clients is that they reach their goals. Clients are guaranteed to see results in everything from weight loss to increasing your muscular strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, balance and more! My favorite part about being a personal trainer is that I have the ability to help people do this, which is the most rewarding feeling a guy could ask for."
